About Us

Making Value Visible:

Helping all of us transform from exploitive monocapitalism to integrative multicapitalism

Our Vision:

Meta-integration

Making the world a better place through metaintegration (i.e., synthesizing the world’s wisdom)

Our Mission:

Be IMPACT

To enable individuals, teams, and organizations to Be IMPACT through the integration of four distinct types of social impact:
Deep Impact – transforming hearts and minds,
Clear Impact – transforming bodies and behaviors,
High Impact – transforming systems and environments, and
Wide Impact – transforming relationships and culture.

Our Approach:

Making Value Visible

Providing integrative frameworks, tools and services that help organizations maximize mission driven impact through the design and implementation of Wisdom Economies – multicapital systems that preserve the wholeness of individuals and systems.

About MetaIntegral

MetaIntegral is a global transdisciplinary social impact organization with offices in the United States, Brazil, and Australia. We are committed to transforming capitalism into a system that works for all of us forever. Thus we support visionary leaders, teams, and organizations to Be IMPACT through the design and implementation of Wisdom Economies. Wisdom Economies are systems of value exchange that combine four elements: multiple types of impact, multiple forms of capital, multiple kinds of data, and multiple bottom lines. To integrate these elements into a user-friendly approach we have developed The MetaImpact Framework. This framework lies at the heart of what we call integral multicapitalism – the integrated cultivation and measurement of multiple forms of capital in order to have more positive kinds of individual and collective impact.

MetaIntegral is comprised of four interrelated branches or divisions that each has a specific focus that contributes to our vision and mission. These are described below.

BRANCHES

MetaIntegral Atelier: Our Design Studio

Our design studio designs value accounting software and impact methodologies based on our MetaImpact Framework.

We are currently developing diagnostic and value accounting software in holochain and helping clients to adjust their own software to better include elements of the MetaImpact Framework. If you are interested in learning more about how to be part of this please contact us with the form at the bottom of the page.

MetaIntegral Associates: Our Consulting Firm

Our consulting firm delivers consulting services to support teams and organizations to have more impact by using the MetaImpact Framework and its associated value accounting and reporting software.

We are currently working with several clients who are incorporating the MetaImpact Framework into their products and services. If you would like to work with us in this context please contact us with the form at the bottom of the page.

MetaIntegral Academy: Our Training Institute

Our training academy provides the leading training programs globally in multicapital metrics and methodologies to support individuals to be able to use multiple types of capital in their initiatives.

We are currently offering a 5-day seminar in Australia, and a 10-week online course beginning in March 2020. We also provide one-on-one leadership coaching and mentoring for projects to work with the MetaImpact framework. If you would like to work with us in this context please contact us with the form at the bottom of the page.

We have also recently created our Wisdom Economy Card Deck to support practitioners with the application of the MetaImpact Framework. This can be purchased on the cards page.

MetaIntegral Alliance: Our Global Action Network

Our global action network creates, connects, and convenes the community of practitioners around the planet who are using multicapital approaches to design wisdom economies.

We are beginning to plan for a 3-day MetaImpact Global Summit for 2020. If you would like to partner with us in this context please contact us with the form at the bottom of the page.
